XL-21型低压封闭式动力柜，适用于发电及工矿企业交流电压500V及以下的三相三线、三相四线、三相五线制系统，作动力照明配电之用。XL-21型低压动力柜，具有配电方案灵活、组合方便、实用性强、结构新颖等特点。
正常使用条件
1、周围空气温度不高于+40℃，不低于-5℃，并且24小时内其平均温度不高于+35℃.天气条件，空气清洁，相对湿度在最高温度为+40℃时不超过50%，在较低温度时允许有较高的相对湿度。2、海拔高度不超过2000米。3、本产品适用于以下温度的运输和储存过程：-25℃至+55℃的范围之间，在短时间内(不超过24小时)可达+70℃，在这些极限温度下装置不应遭到任何不可恢复的损伤，而且在正常条件下应能正常工作，注：超出上述正常使用环境条件，请与我司协商解决。
主要特点
1、主要电气性能完全符合EIC60439-1：1992和GB7251.1-1997的规定。2、辅助电路具有就地、远方、自动控制和就地、远方控制切换的功能，接触器可采用直流保持。3、受电主开关具有瞬间脱扣和热磁脱扣保护可选，为与下一级主开关配合，取消瞬间保护，避免了越级跳闸，并具有自投、手动操作和自动切换功能。4、馈电电路主开关具有瞬间脱扣和热磁脱扣保护，当用户要求，可加装漏电保护.5、电动机控制电路具有短路瞬时、过载、欠压释放及断相保护.6、受电电路装有电流表、电压表。
